I've also been told I have little tact, so if this offends you simply ride on.

Catering for Clicks

Hello Tuesday!  We have a seasonably Spring day in store for us here in  Central PA.  Temps will be in the mid 50s (F), which means somethings can be done outside. A full day is planned.

Because yesterday was another calorie intensive day at work (leftovers galore), I didn't count my calories.  Today's a new day, and the counting begins.

A full day is planned.  Chores are listed.  Now, all I need to do is see how many I can complete.

Howie brought another rock into the house this morning.  He got a swat and was told that rocks are a no, no.  Should he accidentally swallow one, expensive surgery would be require to remove it.  I know someone who's dog did the same thing.  $$$$ followed.  Someday he'll learn that stones are out.  The sticks he brings in?  Those are easily bribed away from him with a puppy peanut butter cookie.  Also, for those interested, he's a little over 40 inches (102 centimeters) long, and 70+ pounds *32+ kg) in weight, and he's still growing.

This is how the Greek oregano is coming along.  The last 2 glasses aren't doing to well, so I may plant dill in them.

A writer named Michal Savage was lamenting in The Guardian this morning on people not turning off the news.  The article is interesting, however he fails to touch on what I believe to be the most prominent reason people are leaving the Main Stream Media and turning to other sources:  their favoritism for the sensational over the real news.  The Orange Anus stated something about a 3rd term and MSM is beating that deceptive ploy the same way Republicans beat a dead horse.  Not one of them, at least as far as I know, pointed out that he said this in order to get people talking about something, anything other than the Signal chat scandal.  In my mind, this is the main reason people are seeking and finding better reporting in things like substacks.  People will return to the MSM if they stop catering for clicks.

There are elections today in both Florida and Wisconsin.  The returns will be a good indicator of how pissed off Americans are with Orangie's authoritarian administration.  I'm interested in finding out if Elonia's money can buy another 2 elections.

  1. When ever he over-talks on one topic it's to divert people from the real issue ... his corrupt, inept, stupid administration.

  2. All these little elections are going to be interesting. And if Democrats don't win these things we're going to be in trouble. I did read today that Elon Musk is going to step down and leave DC. I'll believe it when I see it.

    1. He will not step down, he'll just step behind the curtain.

  3. Oh, there’s elections here in Illinois also. The MAGAts are out in full force. They hate Pritzker but sane people love him.
    Love the herbs!
And MSM is a cesspool of f*ckery.

    XOXO

    1. A lot of people like Pritzker!

I can't wait to start cooking with them.

  4. Your little plants are looking very happy. I always get so excited in spring and then I wish we had windowsills here. We don't because all our windows open inwards (easier to clean). Still, I'm sure I'll figure something out!

    1. This is the first time I've actually used the window sill since it's not wide enough for a full sized planter.
