Good Morning people! Our high temp for today has been revised... down. Our high for today is only predicted to be 96 (F), which means the little red thermometer indicating heat warning is no longer in our forecast. Now, isn't that nice? We have a 40% chance of thunderstorms. Tomorrow that % is up where our high temp was supposed to be today. If the weathermen are right, Thursday and Friday will be filling up our rain gauges again.
Yesterday was one of the meh days that substitute as Tuesdays. When I bought my car the dealership recommended I make an appointment with their tech expert in order for her to go over all of the functions and apps on my car. I cancelled. The differences between what I had in the Crosstrek and what I now have in the Outback are not that different. In fact, in today's world of computerized automobiles I suspect there isn't really much difference between one model and the next, so a Ford, or General Motors vehicle is going to have the same apps as a Subaru.
So far today has been much more productive than yesterday. The first load of laundry has been washed and hung out on the rack to dry, and the second load is in the washer. One thing I need to do when hanging clothes out to dry is use clothes pins, otherwise Howie will pull T-shirts and shorts off the rack and run around the yard with them in his mouth. The bread machine is kneading a loaf of bread; I included some wheat flour since I still have about 3 pounds left.
I went to see Fantastic Four, First Steps last evening. I liked it a lot. I have been a fan since the series came out, yes, I am that old. One of the main reasons was Johnny Storm. What was not to like about a blonde teenager who was so hot he could set himself on fire? Joe Quinn does not disappoint, even though his Johnny Storm is much older than a fourteen year old boy. Pedro puts in a great performance as well playing Reed, a man who can stretch his body, but who's logic is much less flexible.
