Docking

Today our high temps are predicted to climb into the high 80s (F).  Yippee!  There's absolutely nothing wrong with a little fall warmth.  We're also supposed to be enjoying full on sunshine.  We have the same forecast for tomorrow.  The only difference is that our temps will only be climbing into the low 80s (F).  After that our temps will become cooler and more Fall like.

I did work yesterday.  The store is not making plan.  In fact, soon the Flooring department will not be making plan.  How do I know?  No one is getting measures.  As of yesterday, only 2 measures had been sold.  Two others had been booked through our online service.  My goal was 2, I have zippo.  The full-timers?  Each has a goal of 5 measures.  The total goal for the entire department is 14 measures, and we have 4, two of which were set up online.

Otherwise yesterday was mostly boring.  I did buy a sample mosaic tile for the bathroom wall.  Leaning it against the bathroom wall, I realized it simply didn't work, so I'll be returning it for store credit.

And, of course, the Charlie Kirk feeding frenzy continues.  It appears that most of the people posting comments on social media are bots, individuals with 17 followers scurrying around spreading their hatred with some very unsuccessful results.  And much smarter people are responding, like this retort here.

There are also a lot of comments claiming Nick Fuentes (that's the Nazi, Nick Fuentes) has mastered Glug Glug 9000, which appears to be some form of super erotic fellatio.  Interesting.  While Orangie appears to be solely focused on the ballroom he's building, I understand those in his administration with a qualifiable IQ and concerned since his was Chuck Kirk who hustled all those young, white voters in 2024 to vote for Orangie.  Without his hawking white supremacy, there's fear those hostile votes will be lost. 

Do feel sorry for Lance Twigg, Tyler Robinson's roommate.  MAGA cultists have seized upon an old picture of an animated game character Twigg posted to say he was transitioning, even though there is absolutely no evidence that this is true.  These cultists are desperately trying to create a phony connection between Robinson and the, as they call them, Radical Left.
