Bluntness

I've also been told I have little tact, so if this offends you simply ride on.

Trump and the AI

My, didn't that weekend zip by so fast?  Outside, our temps are a comfortable 71(F).  That's fine with me.  Even better, there is not a drop of rain predicted in today's forecast and our high temp is only supposed to be in the mid 80s (F).  We have the same forecast for tomorrow.  This is quite doable.

My first load of laundry for the week is done and is hanging out on the drying rack.  I've not been able to do this for some time because of the frequent rains we've been getting  The less I use my dryer in the summer, the happier I am.  My only issue is with the mosquitoes.  The instant I stepped out the door I was swarmed.  The way I see it I have 2 choices:  wear sweatpants outside during the summer, or invest in some insect repellent.  Were I one of those people who spends hours and hours outside then a bug zapper would also be put into that mix, however I'm only outside a few hours a week so buying one would be a waste of money.

Work yesterday was slow.  Our plan has been lowered for the summer so we might have hit it.  I wasn't really paying that much attention.  On days when it's slow, I go into wordpad and write.  Somedays I can get quite a lot of words written.  Yesterday was one of them.

There was a charge for an additional line on my T-Mobile account this morning.  If they're going to charge me for an additional line and the $55 a month for the internet, this no long becomes a good deal.  I will have to talk to them in order to get this issue resolved.

Overnight Orangie has been posting different AI videos of Obama getting arrested, or in jail epitomizing how much he truly hates our first black president.  I find it interesting that he has always put a token black person in his cabinet and that token usually ends up being a corrupt Christian, an individual who believes he was put into that position to get as much free shit as possible.  Orangie does this in an attempt to influence people of color, hoping they run out and vote for him.  Sadly, there are people dumb enough to believe this, but then there are a large number of dumb people in Ameica and a majority of them are white.

One of the things that went through my head when I saw that JD Vance met with Murdoch in a hush hush meeting was succession.  Now I'm seeing more and more people are looking at that and thinking the same thing.  Could that be why Vance is out of the country so much on vacation, so that he's clean when it comes to not only the Epstein shit, but everything else that's piling up on Orangie?  The big, beautiful bill has already been signed into law, so at this point Orangie is useless.  Vance is far less popular among the cultists than Orangie, and this Epstein shit show has really begun to divide them.  Hhhmm.  Interesting.

Puff of Smoke

Hello Thursday!  The sun is shining!  The temps here in Central PA are in the low 70s (F).  There is the possibility of thunderstorms this afternoon, but that's okay as long as it's only a threat.  Winds are predicted to pick up as well, which will help dry things out.  I'm okay with that.

Much was accomplished yesterday even if the number of tasks completed seems low.  In fact, only 2 things were actually accomplished:  the mailing out of books, and the setting up of the new internet.  The shipping of the books was a good learning experience.  I always used USPS for all my shipping before, mostly because I didn't know any better.  Now I use Pirate Ship and get amazing savings.  It's only costing me $30 to send a copy of my book to Athens, Greece.  The USPS would have charged me $90.

As for setting up the new T-Mobile internet?  It took about 20 minutes.  The one thing I was concerned about was changing the Wi-Fi on my devices from Fios to T-Mobile.  It was so easy peasy, mostly because I chose a password that wasn't a hodgepodge of letters and symbols.  The only thing left to do is call Verizon and cancel - that will probably be the most difficult thing to do because they will be terrible.

My tomatoes are doing fine, and I have green peppers, but my zucchini and cucumbers aren't going anywhere.

To all of those idiots of the world breathlessly waiting to see if the Orange Anus will bomb Iraq prepare to be told he's going to wait 2 weeks.  Actually, he's pretty much already told the world that, though with different words because he's waiting to see if they surrender.  They won't.  However, being secretive keeps the world's attention on him and that is what his ego lives for, full media coverage 24 hours a day.  That will change the minute he does anything and some will damn him while others love him.  I do suspect that some of his advisors have let him know that this is a no win situation as far as his approval ratings go, not that he'll believe them.

And Elonia had another rocket blow up on him this morning.  For those of you unaware of the situation, thanks to his buddy the Orange Anus, Elonia's Space X is now fully funded by US taxpayer dollars, so this morning $2.4 billion of your dollars went up in smoke.  This is not, as Elonia tweeted, just a scratch.  This guy's a freaking idiot.

Playing with Fire

Can you believe Friday has arrived?  The end of the week.  Here in Central PA our outside temp is 71 (F).  That's warm.  Humidity is on the rise.  Normally this would be a bother, but with the humidity comes the rain.  There is abundant rain in our forecast for both tomorrow and Sunday, and both here in Central PA and down in Washington DC.

Yesterday was really productive.  My laser printer is working.  I did some rearranging of furniture in the writing room.  The aquarium in the living room was cleaned.  Lots of words were written.  I also got a decent workout done.  Overall, I will admit to being rather pleased.

I'm halfway through Expedition 33.  What at first seemed to be a standard story in which a villain needs to be eliminated has turned into the tragic story of the Descendre family and their inability to deal with grief.  Verso, the only son, was killed in a war and his mother (the Paintress) keeps him alive in a canvas she painted.  His father, Renoir, wants to destroy the canvas and bring his mother back into the real world to deal with her grief.  Last night I started Act III in which Verso and his sister who was horribly scared in the war, try and stop their father from destroying the canvas.  It's complicated.

I'm having router issues.  It's the original router I got when I had FIOS installed which was probably about 10 years ago.  Last week I had a buffering problem with Netflix.  At least once a week I will turn on the TV and have to wait for the network connection.  The same thing happens to my Xbox Series X.  Last evening I had to download an update to Expedition 33 and at one point the download speed was 453 kbs.  Ouch.  So, I attempted to contact Verizon.  That was a waste of time, though I can order a newer model for $99.99, which I didn't do.  I have T-Mobile on my phone and I have never had a problem.  There's a T-Mobile tower less than 3/4 mile away, and I can get their Internet for less than what I'm paying Verizon.  So, this morning I'm contacting T-Mobile.

So, Israel attacked Iran... that should have been expected.  Little Marco said the US was not involved, well, we now know he lies... a lot.  Some sources are saying that the attack was coordinated with the US.  Orangie's blow bro Vlad is deep allies with Iran.  I think we should prepare for this to escalate.

There was an interesting article in The Guardian this morning on how America's Main Stream Media is ignoring the rising anti-Trump sentiment.  I believe that the MSM is truly concerned that the Administration will cut them off like the did the Associated Press, so they will continue to broadcast Orangie's lies and deceit.  They are not even trying to balance things out.  Their big problem is that these protests are growing in size, something the administration truly hates.  As The Guardian put it, soon MSM will no longer be able to ignore the protests.  This is why the administration is doubling down on their ICE attacks.  It's why they are forcing a confrontation in Los Angeles.  This is why cos-play Barbie (Noem the puppy killer) said troops would remain in Los Angeles until the evil mayor was gone.  This administration is playing with fire and, in the end, will end up torching itself.  When that happens, Noem and her hair extensions will be leaving on a jet plane to Russia, where she'll soon find herself working on a potato farm.

The Bitter, Old Man

Temps today are predicted to climb into the mid 70s (F).  I can deal with that.  Tomorrow, since this is spring, rain is predicted, but not much, with temps hovering around in what they call the "seasonal" range.  This means it might be chilly, but it shouldn't be cold.  I get to work tomorrow and I don't have any yardwork planned prior to my hitting the store.

I did work yesterday and it was oh, so slow.  I did manage to get the requisite measure for the week, not all I need are the sales.  They might show up, and then again they might not.  It's no skin off my nose.

My internet was down last night.  I found out when Alexa told me he didn't know what I was talking about when I told him to turn off the lights.  Of course, I didn't know it was the entire internet in my area, so I went through everyone of those tedious little steps to make sure the problem wasn't on my end.  This is one of the reasons I have T-Mobile for my phone and Fios for my internet.  When one goes down, the other is till operational.  When Verizon finally admitted the problem was on their end, I went to bed.  This morning everything was up and running smoothly.

Today is primary day in PA.  I voted by mail.  So many people are trying to replace Scott Perry, it's almost ridiculous.  Only 1 of the 8 candidates will go head to head with him in November.  There's a fairly large Republican group that's anti-Perry, so who knows who they will be voting for since in Pennsylvania primaries, Democrats vote for Democrats and Republicans vote for Republicans.

And I saw this picture yesterday.  In case you didn't know, this is what evil looks like.

Have you ever seen a more bitter, old man?

The first witness in Trump's campaign interference trial was some guy named Pecker (I kid you not), who own the National Inquirer.  I didn't get a chance to see what he had to say, but from what I understand he's going to be telling about Trump's frequent sexual peccadillos, and how, for a fee, he kept them out of the National Inquirer.  Evidently the Moral Degenerate was even more immoral than we thought.  Today, Pecker's going to be testifying again, and no doubt, the world will hear that Trump, among everything else, was also a serial cheater.

Verizon Sucks

Oh, gosh, it's Wednesday and I'm scheduled off.  I didn't set my alarm so I slept in, that's turning into a bad habit for me.

I have eggs cooking for egg salad, and later today I'm thinking of making potato salad, sans mustard.  For some reason unknown to me some believe a tad of mustard makes it Amish (pronounced ahh - mish, with the short 'a', not with a long A).  It doesn't.  Believe me.  I grew up in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country.  No mustard.

Later this afternoon I have an appointment at the Verizon Store.  I live 15 minutes away and I know it's much fast to drive there and piss and moan, then wait 45 minutes for a Chat session to open, or an hour and a half on the phone listening to their hold music.  Why am I going to piss and moan?  My rates went up $13.15.  There was no change to any of my services, Verizon just thought it was time to charge me more because the the billions of $$$ they rake in every year will never be enough to satisfy their stockholders.  T-Mobile has wireless internet for $50 a month.  Their tower is 1/4 mile from where I live and my service is excellent.  I've checked the reviews and for what I use the Internet for, occasional streaming of movies, T-Mobile would work well for me.

And what about Texas?  It's cold down in the Conservative Red state.  And Abbott, the governor, is blaming green energy, even though wind turbines and solar energy are responsible for only 16% of the energy on their power grid.  While other power grids are struggling with the Artic Blast, the Texas grid stands out because unlike other states which rely on power from multiple sources, including other smaller grids in other states, Texas stands alone.  They are a power grid unto themselves.  For years Texans have bragged about this, the fact that they rely on no one else.  I do not doubt for a second this is their punishment for voting Republican, for choosing to worship Trump over all other things.
