Bluntness

I've also been told I have little tact, so if this offends you simply ride on.

The Cadre of Pedophiles

We have 4 (F) outside.  No wind chill, but that's still a bitterly cold temp.  Our afternoon temps are expected to clime in to the mid-20s with on and off again sunshine.  We've just begun a warm-up.  By Monday our afternoon high will get us just above freezing.  Forecasts are for temps to get a little warmer, but we are, after all, in the dead of winter, and our highs will once again be in the upper teens by the end of this coming week.

Yesterday turned out to be fairly good.  I did get in a decent workout, burning off over 220 calories.  That's a good thing.

An new bread machine was ordered from Wayfair.  I don't use Amazon anymore.  Not surprisingly, it's a Cuisinart, the same model I used for years, though updated.  Because I'm letting Wayfair send me texts, I got 10% off.  After a bit of time passes, though not much, or if the texts are too frequent I will block them.

I also signed up for a new deal on Mubi.  $1 for thee months.  This streamer is not for everyone.  They focus on Art House films, and those indelible classics that we've all heard about, but have never had a chance to watch.  I saw Plainclothes on Mubi, as well as The History of Sound.

More Epstein files dropped yesterday.  Within 20 minutes after they had been made public, the DOJ began deleting some of them.  Over a million pages were dropped.  Luckily for the world the minute the drop happened resourceful people began downloading.  One of the things most surprising was not the sexually graphic content, people expected that from our pedophile in the White House.  Nope.  What stunned a lot of people was that the names of the victims were not redacted.  In one instance they included a victim's driver's license.  I did grab a sample for those interested.

Some are thinking this drop may have been done by a leaker who had enough of Orangie's shit show.  Last evening I saw something that might be more than a little relevant.  Whispers in the FBI are saying the drop was either done by Israel, or someone loyal to Israel, in order to compromise Orangie.  We all know he's not very popular, so perhaps this is true.  Of course, that would mean they'd rather deal with Vance, and he's in way over his head with the simple job he now has.

Another thing that surprised people is that Elonia Musk is mentioned quite frequently.  He definitely wanted to be one of the "in crowd."  There are many, many emails between Elonia and Epstein.  It seems that the Ketamine Kid has a penchant for raunchy sex with girls.

And Nutlick Lutnick gets his share of mentions, as does Alan Dershowitz, and Stevie Bannon.  In fact, Bannon seems to have been in constant communication with Epstein.  And while Clinton does get an honorable mention, this whole cadre of pedophiles is overwhelmingly Republican.

Trump's Nora Desmond Moment

It was cold this morning.  Yepper!  When I check the temp this morning it was 31 (F).  For those of us stuck using Fahrenheit temps, that is below freezing.  Let there be frost everywhere.  According to our weather forecasters, temps should climb up into the high 50s (F) today, maybe even reach into the low 60s (F).  With these colder temps, the leaves will begin falling off the trees like rain.

Yesterday was a rest day as far as workouts go.  I found it weird, feeling that I should be doing something.  I'm going to have to change that.  After 51 days of regular workouts and cardio, I have developed a regime.  This is one of the main reasons I went with train well, so that I might develop some sort of consistency.  From chatting with my trainer, I gather that there are a number of individuals who have no problems canceling workouts, or pushing them off to another day.  This all has to do with their inability to prioritize.  Sadly, there are those people whose priorities are too often effected by their own laziness.

Work was slow yesterday.  I did, however, manage to get a measure.  This means I hit my measure goal for the week.  I also have a carpet install that's probably going to go through, which means I'll meet my sales goal.  And I had to have my schedule fixed.  There was a typo (it's nice to know I'm not the only one who makes them).  They had me working from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM on Monday.  That's been fixed.

And for those of you who missed it, there was a medical emergency in the Oval Office yesterday.  No, Satan did not show up to take his wayward Spawn home, a representative from one of the medical companies passed out.  Orangie turned and watched for a few minutes, and, upon not seeing an Angel of Death approaching, turned front to wait for his picture to be took.  That's right, he had a Nora Desmond moment and the whole world got to see it.

Holy Shit!  That's picture has gone around the world four or five million times by the time I'm typing these words.  It totally epitomizes Orangie's disdain for everything in the world that does not revolve around him.  His is the face of the Republican Party.

And to add a little spice to the batter, Steve Bannon said that if the Republicans lose the mid-terms, "a lot of us will be going to jail, including me."  How that for a confession of guilt?  They know how bad they are.  They have no problem stealing America blind.  They are the face of Evil.

This will not save Trump's ass

What can I say, the weekend has finally arrived.  Today is supposed to be gloriously sunny (I work this afternoon), however tomorrow there is a 90% chance of rain (I work then, too).  They're forecasting the rain to continue into Tuesday, the first day of my mid-week weekend.  Next week I only work 3 days, that's fine with me.  This past week it was 4.  That's almost too much time to spend at the store.

I've been chatting with my brother about the house next door, advising him to disincline himself to purchase.  I get bad vibes.  Too many issues.  The new roof will cost between $20 to $25 thousand.  The big bugaboo is water damage.  Any time you have water involved; it is not a good thing.  Without ripping out the walls there is no telling where the leak might be.  Because water is involved, mold might also be part of the picture.  Mold remediation is very expensive.

And King Chuck has been formally announced.  I think I'll call him Chuck until he proves he's got the DNA of a Charles.  His mother was Elizabeth, never a Liz or a Beth.  Chuck, however, needs to earn his name.  Almost every article I've read has noted that he is not nearly as popular as his mom.  At 74 years of age, he has definitely had enough time to prove that he is not a 'people person.'  His sons are both much more popular, so I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people have started the timer, counting down the days until he passes, and William is crowned King.

I was walking through Petra yesterday:  2.70 miles averaging around 3.6 miles per hour.  It is so much bigger than people think.  Of course, most only know it from movies.  Believe it or not, this too is Petra.

Sometime, either before or after Bannon was indicted, he evidently said that "I have never laundered anything."  Looking at his pictures on the Internet, many find his comment not too surprising.

Oh, and speaking of Stevies, Steven Miller has been subpoenaed.  I believe he has already sat with the January 6 committee at least once, now, however; he'll have the chance to use the 5th amendment.  In fact, it seems as though both Stevies have had a very bad week.

And both the DOJ and Trump's turned in their lists of Special Masters.  One of the items Trump's team wants is for the Special Master to look at every single document.  This is how you define the intention to delay.  Trump believes that the Republicans will take back the house in November.  They won't.  He thinks that's going to save his ass.  It won't.  What will be interesting is this will help define how deep the collusion runs between Judge Cannon and Trump.

Senior Moments

Well, can we say a cheery hello to Sunday morning?  I'm off today.  Personal day.  I'm using vacation up.  In another month and a half, I'm going to get my yearly chunk of vacation added to my account.  Yippee.

Weatherwise?  We might hit 99 (F) this afternoon.  This means we had a 2-day heat wave, which is more of a splash than anything else.

I'm driving down to York to visit friends.  Lunch.  Inside, of course.  Often, we'll go to a Chinese buffet.  A lot of people have problems with buffets; I have no problem with them.

For a brief moment yesterday, I thought I was having a Senior Moment.  Usually, when I get off the treadmill, I hang my heart rate monitor on the shower head so I can rinse off the strap while I shower.  Yesterday, I didn't.  Shit.  And I thought, 'where in hell did I put that?'  And then I remembered.  I'd thrown it away because an updated one was being ordered.  In a way, I suppose, it was a senior moment, but not quite.

Of course, you don't need to be a senior to have a senior moment.  Last week, one of our freight associates decided to make macaroni and cheese in the microwave.  These days you can make anything in a microwave, so no one saw anything wrong with him dumping everything in a bowl, add the water and popping it into the microwave.  His senior moment came when he set the timer: not thinking, he set the microwave to run on high for 30 minutes.  From what I've been told, (sadly no one took pictures) his 'mac & cheese' had burst into flame before someone else yanked open the microwave door.  When asked, he said he had no idea why he set the timer for so long.

I like the musical group Young the Giant.  Here's their latest, American Bollywood.  Whether people want to understand it or not, this is America.

The most disappointing thing this past week was finding out I needed to wait until October 21 for Steve Bannon to get sentenced.  Of course, there were some truly bright spots:  the Kansas City Star calling Josh Hawley the 'laughingstock of America.'  You can't mine gold this shiny!  Oh, and then there was the bit about Alan Dershowitz complaining that he's no longer getting invited to parties on Martha's Vineyard because he represented Trump in his 2nd (I believe it was his 2nd) impeachment hearing.  Cute.  Dershowitz defended a traitor because his own ego thought it would get him attention.  Well, Al, it sure has.

GOP fools, past and present.

The temp was 76 (F) when I got up this morning.  This does not mean today is going to be super-hot.  Our afternoon temps are predicted to be in the low 90s (F), with a possible high of around 94 (F).  This is, for us, a normal summer.  The week rains we were getting stopped about a week ago.  This is the standard precipitation pattern we go through:  July and August will be fairly dry, except for the occasional thunderstorm.  All of the high heat and humidity are to our south.

I made lasagna yesterday.  A good thing that's not so good if you're trying to eat healthy.  I work today, so I wanted to take something for lunch.  This does not mean I've chosen to stop eating healthily.  I'm adding more nuts back into my diet.  A note for those who eat nuts:  when you see the calorie count, say 190 calories per serving on the package, understand that is not correct.  Nuts are harder to digest than fruit, or... say lasagna, so they burn more calories.  Also, the fat content in nuts is much better for you than the fat count in, oh, say.... lasagna, which is extremely bad for you.

For those of you who don't know, the two candidates vying to replace Pat Toomey (R) in the Senate are Dr. Oz, from New Jersey, and John Fetterman from PA.  Fetterman is up in the polls because... well, he's running against Dr. Oz.  While big John's ads are snarky, here's a look at one which will shortly playing across the airwaves in PA from Meidas Touch.  Sit back, grab your popcorn, and enjoy.

And Steve Bannon's defense team gets to admit they have no defense in court today.  This short, fat man is going to lose.  He will spend some time in jail.  He is a relatively unimportant fool who is desperately trying to prove his relevance and failing terribly.  We need to feel very sorry for his fellow inmates because there is no way in hell he's going to shut up.

Finally, we have another Jan 6 hearing this evening.  Prime Time.  At 8PM eastern.  I understand that there are going to be a number of high points, one of which will be a comparison of GOP Congressman cowering and trying to hide on January 6 and the statements they made shortly thereafter, with later comments in which they called the insurrectionists tourists, etc.  These men are going to look like total fools.  They are going to be laughed at, the way so many are laughing at the stupidity of Steve Bannon.

The indictment

And a happy Saturday morning to all.  Here in Central PA it's raining.  So, what else is new?

Yesterday was a good day off.  I had my booster vaccine.  Getting there early didn't move me through the line any faster because of that 15 minute wait after being vaccinated.  No reaction.  No soreness.  After she stuck that sharp pointy needle in my shoulder and pulled the trigger she said, "your the second most relaxed person I've had today," and that was at nearly one in the afternoon.  I told her, "it's just a shot."

This is a work day for me.  Most weekend days are.  My real weekends will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  For those of you who don't know, you can get so much more done on days off during the week than you can on a Saturday and Sunday.  There are rarely any crowds.

I did some more work on the aquarium yesterday and I'm regretting I bought an acrylic tank rather than a glass one.  None of the reviews mentioned how easilyit scratches.  It does.  Son of a bitch.  I'm actually considering replacing it with a glass tank, and moving it to another location, one behind my desk. This will mean rearranging the furniture in the dining room.  I guess it's time for me to get out my tape measure.

And, for those of you living under a rock, Steve Bannon was indicted yesterday.

Will he show up to be cuffed?  I don't think so.  Being a martyr is not in this loud mouthed coward's DNA.  He will claim he's under Executive Privilege and break the law because he's a Conservative.  Of course, Conservatives have been doing this for quite some time.  The only rules that matter for them are those they, themselves, create.  They get this from Loser #45.  I would not be surprised if Bannon runs to seek asylum in... well, maybe Russia.

The Good and the Funny

Okay, so today's Wednesday and supposedly it's the middle of the work week, however, that is rarely the case when you work in retail.  Being a part-timer in retail definitely takes that definition off of the table.  Perhaps, if I were a Republican, I might suggest a name change to Indictment Day, but I'm not, and I don't believe the indictment will come until tomorrow.  Of course, if I were Jeff Fortenberry, that would have been yesterday... ah, but more on that later.

For me?  Yesterday was a day of accomplishment, with getting my lawn mowed at the top of the list.  Also on that list is bread being baked, laundry laundered, and tapestry hung (that's right, I bought a tapestry.  There were other sundry things which achieved completion.

Another cheery bit of news is that Rachel Levine has been promoted to the rank of a four star Admiral.  This woman is not only breaking records, she's making extreme history.  More power to her!

And then I got this laugh sent to me on Twitter.  Of course, I had to share.  These people are the primary reason Democrats and Independents need to vote in force, because these losers go to the polls, sometimes 2 or 3 times.  I loved the bit about the balloon plane.

I understand the Orange Anus was deposed for 4.5 hours yesterday.  I'm wondering how many time he spit out The Big Lie.    I understand they're going to go after in in Scotland, too, because he destroyed a protected natural habitat to build a golf club that's losing money.  He lied back when he got approval.  But then, do you really think he care about the environment?

And the investigating committee for January 6 voted for the Justice Department to go get Bannon.  Grab you popcorn, this should be entertaining.

Oh, and that Cracker Jack Crazy, anti-abortion Senator Jeff Fortenberry?  A Grand Jury indicted him for taking money from an Algerian businessman... twice.  Jeffy lied about it because... well, he's Cracker Jack Crazy.  He will lie through his teeth and then ask for Forgiveness like a broken record, over, and over, and over again, because all you need to do is believe and ask for forgiveness.  This loser needs to go.

Shut it down

Well, we had some snow....  in fact there are still flurries falling.  Total accumulation here is around 6 inches.  The dogs love it since... well, they're dogs and dogs love snow.  They run around using their noses as little plows.  Yesterday was snow filled playtime.  Last night their coats were so soft after all the snow had dried.  Now they're out barking at all of the neighbors shoveling their sidewalks and driveways.  I did my shoveling earlier.  Like I tell people, take advantage of the free cardio.

I saw a clip of Steve Bannon going into testify yesterday.  My, what an ugly man; the ugly inside him is beginning to push out through his skin.  I also thought he looked scared, which makes sense since he's nothing more than an arrogant, conservative asswipe.  You'll find that almost all conservatives are spinless and gutless when under pressure.  As they used to say in old, old crime movies "this canary's going to sing," when they start turning the screws.
And I saw that there are researchers out there in the big, wide world attempting to write algorithms which will translate what your pets are saying.  I'm sure my dogs have a vocabulary that's riddled with obscenities.  Nouns and verbs only, no adjectives, no adverbs, and definitely no conjunctions.  Of course I'm sure there are people out there who feel that their beloved pets speak in complete sentences which sound a lot like 'baby speak.'
Oh, and there's another plan to keep the government from shutting down.  The Idiot Jerk is, of course, blaming Democrats because they won't line up to kiss his ass the way the Republicans have.  No matter how much he whines and complains, almost everybody knows this is his problem.  My advice?  Shut it down.

The Real Deal

So, here it is... Thursday.  I get to work today and then I have off a day.
We had some DeWalt tools walk out of our Front Door yesterday.  Well, they didn't really walk, someone carried them out... without paying.  And then they drove as quickly as possible to the next closest store and returned them... for store credit.  Idiots.  Store credits have changed.  There was a time when you could return something without a receipt, get a store credit, and then sell it on Ebay to anyone in the country.  Now, when a store credit is issued, they scan / swipe your driver's license or state ID and that credit can only be activated by that particular ID.  Some people get angry when they find this out.  This keeps people from selling them for cold, hard cash, or on the Internet.  Oh, and if you don't have a legitimate ID you can't get a store credit.  Sorry.
Oh, and I saw on Towleroad link that Steven Bannon only gives the Idiot Jerk a 30% chance of surviving through his entire first term.  Like... what's surprising about that?  I'm amazed he's made it this long.  He's kind of like mold, you know?
And I check out the Idiot Jerk's approval ratings, and, as usual, they are very low.  Even the crazy to the right propaganda team at Faux News can only manage to get him up to 42%.  That's kind of funny since that network gushes forth every time he Tweets out a turd, treating it as though it were the most tastiest of Bonbons.

The real deal... not a Trumpy Treat
So, my dining room has pretty much a wall of windows in this wide, but not so deep, alcove that used to hold a window seat.  Originally I thought I might buy some decorative mirrors to reflect the drapes and the windows and the rooms... and then I started looking at prices.  And then I thought... hey! I work in a Home Improvement Store!  I can make something which looks very similar for... oh, say $20.  I mean, I am a Home Decor Specialist after all.

Blinded by the Light

So here it is, Sunday.  I work today, off tomorrow though when I pick up my new lenses from Lenscrafters.   While I'm there I'm going to zip over to Boscov's and buy some new curtains (drapes) for the living room.  There was a time when I actually ordered drapes, not any more, it's grab and go for me, a lot cheaper.
I got home from work yesterday and found a letter from the Social Security Administration in my mailbox - they're asking me how much money I'm going to be making in 2017 and 2018.  Well, 2017 is easy to figure out, but I have an increase coming up in my paycheck which will change 2018... and they need to know before the increase takes effect, so it's guessing time again.  They also want to know when I retired... well, they should have that information, I don't know why they're asking me.  Perhaps it's because I took early retirement because of my back... but then, of course, I didn't actually stop working.
I guess the Idiot Jerks buddy Stevie Bannon gave another interview to what he would call the "fake media" once again criticizing the Idiot's administration.  My money says ol' Stevie baby is mad as hell because he's lost his position of authority.  This is how it goes with Scumbags, sooner or later they're going to get flushed down the toilet, or down the sewer drain.  Nothing's going to change.
And we sold out of welding safety glasses yesterday.  You know, those glasses arc welders use to keep from being blinded by the light?

Eclipse, you know?  Everybody wants to watch the moon pass in front of the sun!  Of course, only certain welding safety glasses will protect you eyes; the ones that are Shade 12 will do the trick.  Personally, I think a lot of people are going to end up saying "that's it?"  I mean, it's not like rainbows are going to erupt through out the corona?  In fact, you won't see any colors at all, just pretty much you standard, old black and white.  Still, it wouldn't surprise me if you end up having a bunch of drunks out there, cupping their hands around their eyes, whining "I can't see anything," as they burn off their retinas.

Abandon Ship!

You know the shit is pretty stinky when those Crazy Christian White Evangelicals start to slink away from the Idiot Jerk in the White House.  You know this guy's a phony when he says he "quietly started to distance himself from the administration months ago."  I call that bullshit.  This is just the rats starting to abandon ship.
Anyway, Bannon's gone... or is he?  I'm wondering if someone didn't decide he could be of more support rallying the Idiot's Jerk's deserting base back at Breitbart.  That's makes sense, doesn't it?  Of course, Breitbart has been fumbling since there's no Hillary to Hate or Obama to Bash so maybe they think Stevie Boy's better back there, trying to start more fires.  But then there's also the bit about James Murdoch and his donation to the Anti-Defamation League.  In case you didn't know, Jimmy is Rupert's son.  It's all about the money, you know, and the last thing Fox wants to do is alienate minority viewers.  There's no way in hell they want to be associated with neo-nazis.
I also got a decent bit of cardio because last week, while on vacation, I was such a slug.
So, I went back to work yesterday and my boss, who's a 46 year old man desperately trying to look like he's 26 had the sides of his head shaved.  Dumb shit.  Age with dignity.  None of us like getting any older, and while we don't always act our years, because they smile silently of desperation, like certain hair cuts.  Some older individuals can get away with them, many can't.  I see it on a regular basis,  women with bright green hair that looks like they colored it in a tiny bathroom sink with only a single, incandescent bulb for lighting. and men with 'devil-may-care' black goatees that look as though they were painted on.  Age isn't bad if you just deal with it.

I mean, do you really want to go through your senior years looking like this?

Manilow, more Bannon, and Andromeda

So, I see Barry Manilow finally came out of the closet... at 73.  The LA Times had a silly headline about how he was worried he'd disappoint his fans, but in the end he 'made it.'  Give me a break!  I really get tired of aging pop stars and celebrities (like Richard Chamberlain) who come out in their later years and use that terrible excuse.  They're fans.  As though they suffered in silence to keep their fans happy.  The truth is he didn't just stay in the closet, he made homophobic comments.  And those fan's loyalty is pretty cheap if they're going to desert because of your orientation.  Don't these people know it would be much better if they were honest, admit to being terribly insecure individuals who are simply terrified of publicly saying "I'm gay."  I'd rather that than this 'I'm old and they're old, so it doesn't really make any difference now,' excuse.
And then there's Steve'o, and not the one who used a staple gun on himself, though this Steve'o's just as crazy.  You know, the Alt-Right Svengali who managed to have himself declared the Idiot's 'right hand man.'  Didn't take long for the turf between those two to get muddy, did it?  All sorts of shit hitting that fan, like this from Breitbart.  If Steve'o thought he was going to be the Brain Behind the Idiot, he was wrong, and while he's not yet cleaning the White House shitters, that move might be just around the corner.  And you can bet this is fueling the flames of hatred in the America Haters who just 'love' Breitbart.
And then there's Andromeda...

Reviews have not been... kind.  And, the game does have some issues.  In fact, Andromeda has so many issues there was an update on day one, and another patch is coming today, 16 days after it was released.  If you go the Mass Effect Andromeda website there is a whole laundry list of things today's patch is supposed to start to fix, including more same sex relationships.  I'm not worried, things will get fixed at Bioware's expense, of course the game I'm playing now will not be the game I would be playing 6 months from now.  That's not a very good thing to have to say.

New Rug, Bannon busted, and other stuff

So, my Mom's back at Graysonview and more than a little confused.  I had breakfast with my brother this morning and told him that being sent to the hospital is always bad for her; she doesn't understand.  Her Cardiologists say they believe she had heart stress, and so varied her meds.  Sounds ho, ho, ha, ha to me.  Oh, I looked there is a Heart Stress diagnosis, but still, being sent to the hospital because she got a bit wobbly was probably the cause.
Saw this headline about the ACA and had to post it in Facebook.  This must really piss off Conservatives, you know?  They hate anything and everything sourced by Democrats, especially the ACA.  Wow, I wonder what it's like being part of an ever shrinking minority.
Saw that Steve Bannon has been demoted... though they're not calling it a demotion.  In fact, they lied and said he was part of the NSC just to keep his eye on Flynn.  Wouldn't be surprised if he was part of the transitional team's Russian Contingent.  Either that, or his hugely bad advice has finally been scented out as being bullshit.
After breakfast I zipped down to work and bought... a new rug for the living room.  The old was over 5 years old and been through both Lily's and Seig's puppyhoods.  Time for a replacement.  I've been looking for a while nothing caught my eye until this past week.  I walked into the flooring department one morning saw this rug.  At first I thought it was too bold and too busy, but after looking at it for about 3 hours this was the perfect replacement.

And since I didn't go to the gym today, I'll have to go tomorrow in the AM.
Oh, and I'm scheduled to work the next 6 days... well, maybe not.  I have personal time on the books so I may work 3 and then take a personal day.  Mostly it depends upon how my sales figures look.  If they're good enough to skip a day... well, more power to me.

Bruce / the Press / Sunday in the Park

A couple of notes before I go to work:
How about that terse letter Bruce Jenner sent to DT (you know, I'll always call him Bruce until he has the surgery)?  Nasty, eh?  Well, not quite.  But then, what more could you expect from a Box of Rocks, as my friend Jack likes to call him.  He needs to take some sort of primary course in order to understand what Conservatives really think of him... and his... shall we say problems.  I suspect that in his thimble sized mind he might have believed he would change minds.  As I said, dumb as a box of rocks.
Neither DT, nor the GOP, nor the dictator in training, Steve Bannon, like the press.  If they had their druthers they'd just shut down everything that didn't kiss the ass of DT.  Unfortunately for them, this is America, and they are a minority, and even the fact that the excluded members of the press from that Silly Spicer's gaggle... well that pissed people off.  Someone should tell them that if they want people to get on their side, to give DT a chance, they've got to stop looking at the majority and saying "Bend Over Buddy."
And on the lighter side, the NYT gave "Sunday in the Park with George" a big thumbs up.  I like this.  You see back in '84 I went to see this show.  I loved it.  And, of course, I bought a program.

When I went to see it, Mandy Patinkin had just left, but Bernadette was still staring.  That's right, sitting in the 18th row, I got to watch and hear Bernadette Peters singing Sondheim.  Simply Amazing!

California Safe

My 83 year old mother came home from the hospital yesterday, and by home I mean the senior living facility where she lives.  I went over after she was settled back into her apartment, talked to the staff, and spent about an hour with her.  Last evening she called about 8 to let me know that she was out of the hospital and back in Graysonview just in case I didn't know.  This is how it goes.
Yesterday was also when a friend of mine from Oregon made a comment on Facebook about DT's using National Prayer Day to mention the TV show he's producing, asking for prayers to make it a success (or something to that effect).  Another friend, who unfortunately is a Trumplodite, commented that he was surprised DT hadn't mentioned the deplorable fact that California is a Sanctuary State.  Of course, I needed to add my 2 cents.  I said DT will rattle swords, but not much else; he and too many members of his cabinet have extensive business interests in the state and pissing off that many people would be detrimental to their bank accounts.  His reply was that DT was no longer concerned about the cash flow in regard to his business interests....  These people are so damn stupid.
The resistance needs to begin hitting DT where it will hurt him the most, his pocket book.  I've always thought the real reason he's never released his taxes is not because he's got ties to Russia, but rather that he doesn't have nearly as much money in the bank as he claims.  In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if he's been robbing Peter to pay Paul for years and years and years.

This is why California is safe.  His money is very, very important to him.  I wouldn't be surprised if he listens more to his accountants than he does Steve Bannon.  The minute the say the word "loss" he says "shit."  DT has many, many Achilles heels and this is but one.  Note the companies below:

It's important you let these companies know what you think of DT.  Don't we all want to be California Safe.

Donny's Dictatorship

So, are we ready for DT to try and set up a dictatorship?  Of course, they're trying to make this whole thing sound rational and, I'm sure, to his Trumplodite hoards, everything makes perfect sense.  But not to the rest of the country.  There were protests all over the place yesterday in regard to his most recent ban.  And they will continue.  And the GOP doesn't seem to be objecting... much.  But then why should they, for a long time they've been praying to get such a person in the White House: a 'take control' sort of guy, who has no problems stepping on civil rights, or the constitution for that matter.  And they have absolutely no idea what they are doing, or how bad both the world and a vast majority of Americans think they are.  To paraphrase DT, he and his administration are bad, bad people.
And why is he in power?  Because complacent voters thought for sure Hillary had it wrapped up.  Well, she didn't.  Because they thought their vote was unimportant, because they thought she was the sure thing, America's racists crawled out from under their rocks and voted in droves.
I suspect things are going to get very bad.  I wouldn't be surprised if at sometime he doesn't attempt to suspend elections to maintain his power.  In the end, he will, no doubt take up exile in Russia.  Everybody needs to tell Donny to shut up!
On the brighter side, I've once again set up the CompuGymMusic Room.  This is what a friend of mine called my work out room back when I was working out on a regular basis.  This is what it looks like:

Yesterday I did free weights, and today some time on the bike.  Things are looking good, at least here.  The rest of the USA is on its way to hell.
