When you hit middle age you really only have two choices: you can get fat and lazy until you roll over and die, or you can can get off your ass and do something, like maybe ride a bike.

Yesterday was rainy... Occasionally there were times of spotty drizzle, a misty dampness clinging to the lenses of your glasses you are forced to smudge away with a swipe of your forefinger. And still, I took the dogs for a walk. Even Biggie will go for a walk as long as it isn't a steady rain.
Otherwise, all I did was a spot of cleaning and a couple loads of laundry. I'm in the process of switching to my new schedule: sleeping a bit later. And I did go to the gym this morning. Only for about 20 minutes. It's on my schedule for Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. My only issue was that a couple had set up shop around one of the machines I like to use. Setting up shop means they brought over several sets of dumbbells, had their towels, their beverages, and had decided they were going to do their workout in that one spot.
The tree I ordered is 'out for delivery.' That was faster then I had been expecting. The fairy ornament I had ordered arrived yesterday. He is bigger than I was expecting, at least 8 inches. Of course, there's nothing wrong with large ornaments.
I saw where one of the Idiot Jerk's spawn, Eric, cancelled a visit to a gun shop in Michigan once it was discovered that an employee was part of that group of domestic terrorists who planned to kidnap the Governor.
And the Idiot Jerk is back on the campaign trail. He held a maskless rally yesterday in Florida. One thing you can count on, his attorneys will challenge every state in which Biden wins, even in a landslide victory. He will never concede, that would make him a loser. How do we make him pay? Sign onto his Twitter account and every 20 seconds Tweet one word at him. Loser! You can bet he'll shut that account down faster than he guzzles a Diet Coke.
And finally, the sham hearing began yesterday for Coney-Barrett. She sat there arrogantly wearing her mask believing God had put her in this position for a purpose. Well, we all know she's wrong. We all know she's Cracker Jack Crazy. As for the hearing? Cory Booker summed it up perfectly. A minority group of people is desperately trying to shove their socially conservative beliefs down America's throat. "This is not Normal." He repeats that phrase several times. We must stop them now.
Holy Crap, I woke this morning and what a surprise! It's raining! Again! Isn't it a good thing my weekend isn't on the weekend? Otherwise my days off would end being saturated. As the forecast stands right now, I might only have to deal with light showers and that occasional pesky thunderstorm. And next week? Here comes Flo!
My brother mentioned me in a comment on Facebook, something about walnuts, however he made it on one of Ben Shapiro's posts about Cory Booker. For those who don't know, Ben Shapiro is a conservative Jew and he supports the Idiot Jerk. My response was to say "I guess even minorities need their websites." I can tell you that my brother, along with a multitude of other white conservatives, is simply horrified that Cory Booker might be our next (black) president. I find this funny. There is no stopping evolution. In about 27 years white people will become a minority group in this country. Their shrinking majority is more apparent every passing day. People of color (and this includes those from south of the border, Native Americans, Asians, and, in fact, a majority of the people living on this planet) are everywhere. White skin is not a dominant gene.
And, of course, this is also a terrible problem for White Evangelicals. They are not the chosen people. Holy Shit! For years they've been using their white Jesus to tell them they are special. Turns out their not. In their small minds, genetics has joined the war on Christianity.
The Idiot Jerk in the White, a stinkin' ol' white man, feeds their terror every time he has one of his rallies. For a while, you would see the occasional black man standing behind him, nodding his head in approval. That guy's gone. The Idiot Jerk isn't even going to throw in a few tokens in order to make himself look less racist. Tokens are not going to appeal to his white supporters. Color is not what they're about. Nope. They have a fear of color. This makes their hatred of anything LGBT understandable: the rainbow flag. Every time they see one they scowl: look at all of that Color!
Then we have the Idiot Jerk in the White House, with his plastic blonde hair and his orange, artificial tan. He's not quite white, but then he's not quite brown, either. In fact, you would have to agree he is more of an ocher color than anything else. His colorization alone proves he has never out grown the 60's. Fifty-eight years later he still has his QT Tan.
