What the Cultists Believe

We were under a freeze warning last night and while there was no frost on the lawn when I woke up, our outside temp was a chilly 35 (F).  Today's temps are predicted to be warm than yesterday's high of 53 (F) by a few degrees.  Yep, they're supposed to climb into the mid 60s (F), and there are no freeze warnings in effect for tonight.  Tomorrow's afternoon high will be in the 70s (F).  I wonder how much longer that's going to be happening.

I worked 6 hours yesterday, so not much was accomplished.  There were shoppers in the store, but I don't think we made our plan.  Being an aisle associate, I don't spend as much time at the flooring desk.  While make sure that the the empty spaces on the shelves get filled, I'm also getting in steps.  Last weekend I got over 30,000 steps in, that number will not be as high this weekend because right after I punched in yesterday, I had to do specialty things.  There was a specialist working, however he was too busy doing non-specialty things, like making personal phone calls.  

I also sent my brother several texts yesterday regarding this administration's not so sudden partnership with the war criminal Vlad Putin.  No response.  I like poking my brother with texts, it brings a little ray of reality into his MAGA life.

There's also some sort of fungus growing in my yard.  This is not the first time this type of fungus has shown up, and it's always in the same place.  I suspect something interesting must be buried there.

As expected, the Orange Anus's decision to reject every ally we've ever had in order to budso up with his blow bro Vlad has had an effect on his approval rating.  That sucker continues to slide downward.  The writing is on the wall, however, he is simply too dumb to read it.  Even if he could understand the words, he'd simply refuse to believe them.  In his mind, he's never made a mistake, they've all been made by someone else.  His cultists believe the same thing.  Because of that numbskull charlatan Frankie Graham, many believe he was sent by God.  This is actually a sign of their desperation.   After 2000 years, in their hearts of hearts, they need God to reward them, and their broken brains believe he has done so by giving them the Orange Anus.  I talked to one about the midterms and was told that I needed to wait.  They believe he will be triumphant, that the terrible press, the polls, the complaints, his losses in court are all fake news.  They are not going to be happy when God fails to deliver the miracle they feel they are owed.
